1. About Vegas Sports Edge

Vegas Sports Edge ("VSE") is an information and analysis service. We provide sports betting picks, data analysis, and related educational content. VSE is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not operate as a gambling service. All picks and analysis are sold for informational and entertainment purposes only. You place bets through your own separately licensed sportsbook accounts.

VSE is operated from Las Vegas, Nevada and serves adult users (21+) in jurisdictions where access to sports betting information is lawful.

2. Eligibility

To use VSE you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Reside in a jurisdiction where receiving sports betting information is legal.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Not be prohibited from accessing online content or financial services.

By using VSE, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Packages

VSE offers multiple subscription packages (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and Longer-Term). Details of each package, including pricing, duration, and included features, are described on our Pricing page and confirmed at checkout.

Billing

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file for the applicable amount. Prices are displayed in US dollars and are inclusive of any applicable fees.

No Refunds

Due to the nature of the information provided (picks are delivered upon purchase), all sales are generally final. Exceptions are made at our sole discretion for verifiable technical errors that prevented delivery of services. To request a refund consideration, contact hello@vsesports.net within 48 hours of purchase.

Cancellation

For recurring subscription packages, you may cancel at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.

4. Use of Services

Permitted use

Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use VSE content for your own personal betting decisions. You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or resell any VSE picks, analysis, or content.
• Share, post, or publish picks to third-party platforms, social media, or any paid or free tip service.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access VSE content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our proprietary models or data.
• Use VSE for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Impersonate VSE or create misleading attributions of our picks or performance data.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. No Guarantee of Results

Sports betting involves substantial risk of financial loss. Past performance of VSE picks is not indicative of future results. Win rates, ROI figures, and other performance metrics displayed on our website represent historical results and are provided for informational purposes only.

VSE makes no guarantee that you will profit from using our services. You acknowledge that you are betting at your own risk and that losses are a possible outcome of any wagering activity. We strongly recommend responsible bankroll management and encourage you to bet only what you can afford to lose.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on VSE — including picks, analysis, methodologies, algorithms, graphics, text, and software — is the exclusive property of Vegas Sports Edge and is protected by copyright, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You receive no ownership rights by subscribing. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of VSE content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

• Violates these Terms of Service.
• Engages in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• Attempts to resell or redistribute VSE content.
• Provides false registration information.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@vsesports.net.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

VSE services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We disclaim all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VSE and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to betting losses, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to VSE in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gambling

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of VSE after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
