Vegas Sports Edge ("VSE", "we", "us", or "our") operates the website vsesports.net and related services. We sell sports betting analysis and information — we are not a sportsbook and do not accept wagers. Our principal place of business is in Las Vegas, Nevada.

  • Device information: browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers.

  • To deliver picks, analysis, and alerts you have subscribed to.
  • To process payments and send billing-related communications.

  • To analyze usage patterns and improve our platform, content quality, and user experience.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in these limited cases:

  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database and authentication), and email delivery providers — each bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal requirements: when required by law, court order, or government authority.
  • Business transfers: if VSE is acquired or merges with another company, your data may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • With your consent: for any other purpose, only with your explicit permission.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records for tax purposes, typically 7 years).
