Refund Policy

Summary: Every purchase is a fixed-length access pass to written sports analysis. Because the analysis is delivered immediately, purchases are non-refundable once access begins — except in the specific cases below, where we refund in full.

1. What you are buying

Vegas Sports Edge sells time-limited access to written sports analysis and probability assessments. Access begins the moment your payment is confirmed and ends automatically on the expiry date shown at checkout and in your account. There are no recurring charges. Access does not renew unless you purchase again.

2. When we refund in full

We issue a full refund, no questions asked, if:

  • You were charged but did not receive access within 24 hours of payment.
  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase.
  • You purchased by mistake and request a refund before viewing any member-only content.
  • Our service was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during your access period.

3. When we do not refund

We do not refund based on the outcome of any sporting event. Our analysis is an informed opinion, not a guarantee, and every purchase is made with that understanding. Losses incurred on wagers you place with third-party sportsbooks are not grounds for a refund.

4. How to request a refund

Email hello@vsesports.net from the address on your account, with the order date and amount. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — most issues are resolved faster directly. Accounts associated with a chargeback on an order that was delivered as described may be closed.
